1. Services
We provide diagnostic testing, health packages, vaccinations and home collection services. Test availability, pricing and turnaround times are indicative and may change without prior notice.
2. Bookings & payments
Orders placed online or by phone are confirmed once our team schedules your sample collection. Prices shown include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Discounts and offers (including the Health Privilege Card) are subject to their own terms and may be withdrawn at any time.
3. Sample collection
Please follow any preparation instructions (such as fasting) provided for your test. Inaccurate information or improper preparation may affect results and require re-collection.
4. Reports
Reports are typically delivered within 24 hours of sample collection, though some specialised tests take longer. Reports are for informational purposes and should be interpreted by a qualified physician.
5. Cancellations & refunds
Orders may be cancelled before sample collection. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period. Once a sample is collected or a test is processed, it may not be eligible for a refund.
6. Limitation of liability
While we follow NABL-accredited quality standards, we are not liable for medical decisions taken based on reports. Always consult your doctor.
